I tossed a coin today ( no I didn't) and everyone seemed very nice to me (it was fake).They opened doors for me (they were already open), they said sweet things to me (they didn't mean them), they offered sex (they were deseased), they wanted to give me a lift home (not enough change for a cab), they said they loved me (they were in love with their partner).

had this guy come into the store yesterday, and decided to pay with half-dollar and dollar coins (must have been from phili) and outside of the fact it's rare to see them in the first place, i heard a distinct clang when he put it down on the counter, i noticed it was a 1964 Kennedy half dollar, a first year issue and made almost entirely of silver

not quite the same, but it's kind of lucky

I gave one beggar a cigarette last night, but not another. I evaluated both of their beggar-ness and concluded that one was a fairly nice beggar and so received the cigarette while the other one looked a bit like Steve Albini, and so didn't.

Coins have never been lucky for me.

I've also had two four leave clovers, one was eaten by my cat, the other was crumbled to bits by a friend. Pretty unlucky.
