I got sent a joke today by way of a text message. It amused, shocked and offended me in equal measure. (It had sexual swear-words in it - not something that ever offends me).

I'm not usually offended in anyway. I guess it was just the shock factor?

What offends you??

violence against children
misogyny
religious, philosophical, and racial intolerance
people in general

pretty much the same.

add in: jokes about human trafficking.
and occasionally, family guy.

Brains.

when people assume that their opinion is fact.

i HATE that - it's like saying - you are too stupid to understand but what i believe is RIGHT.

and also most of that stuff above.

Religion and everything associated with it. That's really the only thing.

Oh ... and morbid obesity.

i'm really glad im not the only person who feels this way.

it depends what way you're talking about, flip flops in the city and family guy (for example, and as already mentioned) offend my tastes. greed/capitalists, bigots of any variety, right wingers and the like, offend my humanity. people who don't wash properly, cough without covering their mouth, etc, offend my hygiene. south africans offend in every way you can think of. the list goes on.
