Comic Sans, all the way. It's a douchebag's preferred font.

Phlegmscope 09.08.2009 12:16 PM

The Courier one above belongs under serif category. Be precise. Typography is a shit fucking serious business.

Do you know what a the 'serif' refers to in the 'sans [without] serif' thing? Well, the 'serifs' are the little dangly bits. You see on the 'S' of the serif? How the extremities of the 'S' have a 2-4 pixel dangly bit? That's a serif.

Edit: I only point this out because there are lots of fonts that, technically, fall into the categories of 'serif' or 'sans serif' and it's a peculiarity of typography that these two variations on Helvetica* have come to assume a name that was originally merely a technical, descriptive detail of other fonts.

*I'm presuming it's Helvetica, I think all of the Arial/ unicode family are variations on Helvetia.

verme (prevaricator) 09.08.2009 12:32 PM

i read your post until "because".

Phlegmscope 09.08.2009 01:03 PM

I'm not really following what glice is trying to say, are you being weird now, or a cock?

Anyway, I'm thinking of actually designing a font as a part of my thesis (because typography is one of the few things that interests me, in life). But knowing my (lack of ) skilzz, and the fact that garamond was made 500 years ago, I'm probably going fail big time.

ploesj 09.08.2009 01:06 PM

typography is so very nice but so very difficult to do REALLY well.

notyourfiend 09.08.2009 01:08 PM

When I was a child I was taught some basic calligraphy.

he prefers "prick".

for example, if you were to ask him "do you want a cock in yr ass, you twat?" he would reply "no, a prick, you cunt."

<---- happy to help.

No he doesn't. considering his postings in the past, it's evident that he indeed is fond of cock. Preferably gothic sans-serif, sometimes bold cock.

amerikangod 09.08.2009 01:28 PM

Italicized cocks are nice because they totally hit the sides. Well, one side anyway.

floatingslowly 09.08.2009 01:28 PM

is a sans-serif cock one that's been circumcized?
