Do you like dancing?

Or do you just stand by the dancefloor thinking that you are that slightly superior to that?

Savage Clone 10.31.2006 03:28 PM

I do not dance.
This is a public service, believe me.

Hip Priest 10.31.2006 03:28 PM

Cripes no. I'm just too aware of how dismally bad I am at it. Honestly, I'm an absolutely frightful sight on the dancefloor.

porkmarras 10.31.2006 03:29 PM

What?Not even at,say,a wedding?

Savage Clone 10.31.2006 03:30 PM

Especially not then.

porkmarras 10.31.2006 03:30 PM

Oh well.........

Savage Clone 10.31.2006 03:31 PM

I try not to do things that make me both feel like and look like a complete jackass.

Glice 10.31.2006 03:32 PM

Dancing is a great leveller. Everyone looks like a spacker when they're dancing.

Predictable response #47.

Hip Priest 10.31.2006 03:33 PM

We are all born spacky, but some of us are more spacky then others.

EMMAh 10.31.2006 03:35 PM

I don't dance unless I'm drunk.

porkmarras 10.31.2006 03:35 PM

I can't understand it when people are afraid of making a spectacle of themselves. The most fun can be had on a dancefloor through doing that.

Phlegmscope 10.31.2006 03:37 PM

I do dance, in soul destroying delirium.
That's a public disservice, which I'm proud of, as my ultimate message on a dance floor is to tell everyone to fuck off.

EMMAh 10.31.2006 03:38 PM

The last time I danced in front of people was actually a year ago today. I won candy for my insane dancing skills.

porkmarras 10.31.2006 03:38 PM

In fact,i like the fact that most people i normally dance with have no idea that i'd listen to some of the stuff i listen to at home. For some the robotic diva is all they have.

!@#$%! 10.31.2006 03:38 PM

i voted "yes" and "no" ha ha because i hate to dance-- however--
i do dance when totally plastered, as i was this past saturday
i danced with great awareness of the ridicule of it, and i sure made an ass of myself as i spastically contorted myself on the floor in a musical parody of buttfucking (with me as top, btw, bitches). fuck yes! the best part of the night was the slam dancing with some idiot kid whom i send flying against the walls when the dj finally consented to playing a track from my erase errata cd.
but fuckit, dancing is so absurd-- yet highly entertaining. yes/no/yes/no/yes/no...

Savage Clone 10.31.2006 03:39 PM

I suppose the fact that I don't really find dancing to be fun is a major factor as well.
I used to go out dancing around 1989-91 on occasion, but lost my taste for it entirely.
I also cannot dance to music I don't like, and the chances of dance clubs playing something I really do like is slim anyway.
