Usually I accept people's beliefs, but....come on they believe some shit that was started in the 1950's, and is backed by no evidence apart from a science fiction book written by the religions creator. They even have scientology ads on the buses in Sydney now...

Yeah, I am fucking stupid and I am a terrible excuse for a Buddhist as well. And Courtney has done some pretty reprehensible things I shouldn't attempt to defend. And scientology is fucked up.
I live in Utah though, and see people take shit and be demeaned frequently for beliving or not beliving weird shit, and it bothers me a bit and I over-react when people talk about hating others for their beliefs. Or professed beliefs. Or lack there of.

She went out with Billy before she meet Kurt. The story goes she and Billy got into a huge fight she stormed off to a club and thats where she meet Kurt. I think that stuff about them having an affair whilst she was married to Kurt is Bullshit. Billy Corgan did however elude to the fact that she was having an affair with someone at the time (because he has remained good friends with her and he is usually her shoulder to cry on) he did say concerning Courtney "you wouldnt believe what i've seen with her". Billy seems like a really nice guy anyway...this is usually a claim brought up by conspiracy theorists...i wouldn't take any notice

Courtney Love claims she stopped Buzz Osborne from knowingly giving Kurt Cobain a "hot shot", or a lethal injection of heroin. She revealed this while blogging about why she doesn't like Kim Gordon. Both Gordon and Osborne were close friends with Cobain, and to date Gordon is the only one of his friends who has publicly stated she believes he was murdered. Love wrote this on her website yesterday (spelling errors have been corrected):

He's self centered, jealous of everyone better than him, took so much control over the Pumpkins, to the contest of the other members, takes almost all the credit for them, blames others for the break up, bagged on Pavement (claiming that you don't fall in love with pavements music, you fall in love to the pumpkins music) had something against Kurt Cobain and Nirvana (granted, Pumpkins were more skilled and got less credit). In just seems like he was doing it all for fame and fortune. Basically, he's a sell out.

When you got as close to the Pumpkins as I did, you realise what an asshole he is, but to those who don't know much about them he seems alright. It's just a coincidence he writes good songs.

Im sorry but 'Siamese Dream' Rocks! just a beautiful, majestic record. Okay Mellon Collie and Machina may be a tad overblown (but both have some killer tracks on them). Adore is an amazing album too.

Billy and the Pumpkins will always have a special place in my heart because it was the first band I really ever loved. The Pumpkins lead me on to discovering 90's Alternative Music and from there on I discovered Sonic Youth, who in turn opened up a whole world of new music which has since filled up my collection.

I don't think so. I used to think so, but I got my girlfriend "dirty blonde" or whatever for Christmas and all her writing and poetry and stupid teen angst scribblings are pretty inspiring.

I think she's crazy, but I honestly believe that everything she does she tries to do with integrity. For example: In Dirty Blonde she apologizes for releasing Kurt's journals, and puts it down as a mistake brought on by her disgust at the idol worship of him.
