I'm new here, but I've been a Sonic Youth fan for years and years. Right now I'm listening to all of my Sonic Youth albums chronologically.

Yes, it's a blast. I'm listening to all my related albums too, such as solo albums and side projects...all in all about 35 discs....I'm planning on making a mix when I'm done...I'm making notes as I go...probly be about 3 or 4 discs long.

No, not all in one sitting...it'll take several days I'm sure. I like Animal Collective as well...I only have one album so far, though--"Feels." It sounds like early Mercury Rev to me, but way more crazy.

I knew a guy who watched Wagner's entire Ring Cycle all in one sitting. That is a lot of opera.

That is quite a lot...I watched a little over 4 hours of Wagner on Good Friday: Hans Jurgen-Syberberg's film "Parsifal." I love that film.

i made a sonic youth mix for a friend, it was really fun. it ended up being two disc, all songs in chronological order
