i don't think one song leaking is a huge, huge deal when the new albums coming out not too far from now anyhow.

Everyneurotic 04.09.2007 08:54 PM

is this with corsano or chippendale? if not, then i don't care.

HaydenAsche 04.09.2007 08:56 PM

It's with Corsano and Chippendale's adopted child.

Everyneurotic 04.09.2007 08:58 PM

HaydenAsche 04.09.2007 08:59 PM

val-holla-ing 04.09.2007 11:17 PM

is this the track she did with timbaland? i'm kinda interested in hearing this, but i think i'm past the point of appreciating her voice anymore.

Torn Curtain 04.10.2007 03:30 PM

I love Björk but it's true that song is crap.

badgercorn 04.10.2007 03:42 PM

i like it...

samuel 04.10.2007 04:06 PM

I like it as well!

sarramkrop 04.11.2007 07:55 AM

It's almost painfully vile. Hopefully the album will be a bit more interesting and not world music by numbers.

Iain 04.11.2007 08:04 AM

Yes. Although I'm not sure what's worse; this track or world music by numbers.

I still can't believe it's a new Bjork thing. It sounds like a b-side from the mid nineties or something.

demonrail666 04.11.2007 08:05 AM

I like it, in a sort of bizarre Eurovision song contest kind of a way. Can just imagine all the synchronised dancers dressed as a robot army.

EDIT - Shit, I keep playing it now. Weirdly catchy

sarramkrop 04.11.2007 08:10 AM

What's liking something in a bizarre Eurovision song contest kinda way? Tolerating turds with contempt and irony?

demonrail666 04.11.2007 08:13 AM

Not at all, I wish that Eurovision could return to something like this.

I dunno, I'm playing it again now and I like it a lot, with no irony at all.

Bjork's live debut with new line up, including Chris Corsano:

Last Monday Björk kicked off her Volta world tour with a concert in hometown of Reykjavik. Joining her on stage was Mark Bell, Jónas Sen, Damien Taylor, Chris Corsano and the 10 piece female brass band.
The was the debut of the line up which will be bringing us the joyful music over the next months. Björk played to capacity filled hall, doing songs from all her albums, most of them with new arrangements.
It was an nerving and exciting experience for us MWC's as we had not, like the rest of the crowd heard the news Volta songs before. But they were fantastic!
And it did not spoil having Antony duet with Björk for Dull Flames of Desire.
As previously we have now rekindled our gigography section, where we will post pictures, setlist and reviews from the upcoming concerts.

We should also point out to a podcast which is very interesting!

But it it was not only a first for the songs, it was also a first for Jónas Sen who will be playing "the organ" during the tour. He will be blogging his way through it here on bjork.com with his first blog being part of this news piece. So let us welcome him!
