Good decision. An ex of one of my friends used to smoke kreteks and they stink worse than any other smoke... except cigars maybe. Someone make them ban cigars too, please.


But why are they banning them though? I can't find it in the link.

I don't know any goths. My friends that smoke cloves are actually more on the hippie/hipster bent.

I can guess that it's because the natural anesthetic in cloves makes you unable to feel the pain of any damage to your lungs. You are numb and don't notice what they are doing to you.

...but they make your lips taste sweet and give you a head rush!

I personally think that a ban like this is stupid. Put warnings on the packages, tax em higher to help with health care costs, and let people decide what they are going to do for themselves.

Cigarettes are silly, but the only cigarette smell I can even half-way stand is clove smoke. Those things smell great!!! I know a chick at my work who smokes nothing but cloves. She said she will absolutely never touch another cigarette............. so, yeah, she'll probably kill herself now. And she IS "goth".

Clove cigarettes are a ridiculously atrocious smoking experience.

And, they cause oral cancer in a jiffy.

Fuck! I love cloves. It's like smoking Christmas.

I don't smoke. But I personally prefer the smell of cloves to regular cigarettes. I might as well enjoy my slow death to second hand smoke.

smoking bans work. ireland is a proof of this. its great to get home from the pub and not reek of fag smoke. now understand i dont smoke cigarettes but i do smoke the broken cigs, stuck with blue rizla and laced with the wonderful brown shit, or green but thats rare here in ireland. its working in irelnd for years and now in the uk as well.. ban em all, the only problem is dumb fucks not using ashtrays and littering the ground with the butts.....

Actually I saw this thing on TV (slightly more cerdible than the internent), that exposed how all clove cigarettes are made with child slave labor in, like, Bangledesh.

Also, do Goths even exist? All I see any more is those emo kids with those pants...

Honestly, they taste so good I don't care if children make them. Nothing tastes better than tragedy, sweet delicious tragedy.


I still see some goths occaisionaly, and it makes me happy. I just like having them around, although I'm not sure why.

I think I just prefer them to emo kids. They're less uppity and usually have a much better sense of humor.
