i am back now, well sorta, i am back from sailing but not back in b'ham yet i am still in jersey. Had a horrible day today, sailed for 8 hours suffering from sea sickness the entire time!! if was fucking horrible!! What have i missed??

You missed Alex's Trip making an "I'm outta here" thread, then coming back to check on its progress. And a bunch of swa(y) threads trying to stir up arguments and namecalling.

it was so bad, i woke up on the boat and we were already sailing away from france, it was just hours and hours of feeling horrible, i think it was one of the worst experiences of my life.

well, "nerdy" doesn't always mean "smart". ( ha ha, i know you're reading this alex, i know you are...)

btw, ginger root, for sea sickness. you got any? make a strong tea, or chew if you're hardcore.

yeah we took a ferry to ireland on tour and it wasnt a real passeneger ferry, more of a freight container liner full of truck drivers and us so there wasnt any distractions like a cinema or even a tv. i felt so sick, went to the top of the boat hoping the fresh air would do me some good but not a chance. all the crew where laughing at me because it was so calm and i still wanted to puke. horrible but i got there in the end and look back and laugh.

well i dont have anymore sailing to do now but thanks for the tip!
i dont have any photo's of the trip, my college teachers comments about my photography has been a blow to me confidence, i haven't picked up my camera in a while now. When uni starts i will be forced to though.

i have never been sea sick before, i am usually alright on big ships etc, but this was a 8 person sailing boat, and i just felt like i had flu or something!

mostly great stuff as i got a fantastic mark, but the bad stuff they said, the "constructive Criticism" was pretty upsetting.
