we were just coming back from dinner when this guy hit us from behind.

my wife asked for his insurance info and he tried to give us $20 instead.

she told him that she was hurt and that $20 wouldn't cut it but he still wouldn't give it to us.

she walked to the back of his car to get his tag and he went fucking nuts.

told her to "back the fuck off bitch". she was shaken and said "why, what are you going to do?".

he said "I'll show you what will happen" and went to reach into his car.

at this point I was already on the phone with the cops. he heard me tell them that they better send somebody quick and took off (driving backward) and sped off down another street.


needless to say, I've spent the last 30 minutes with the cops and I have a fucking adrenaline headache.

The only hit and run I got was an old lady scrapping the shit out of the paint on the side of my car but she didn't notice and just drove off like nothing happened.

thats awful. i am very sorry. i have been hit but they didnt run infact they tried to blame me for the accident even though it was totaly their fault. they even tried to pressure me into signing something at the scene that said it was my fault or i was going to get 'seriously fucked up'. i told them no way got the details and left and i remember them being so stupid that they didnt know how to spell jon, let alone read a road sign that says slow down there is a junction ahead.

ah ha. hi jessum. i was so skerred (after the fact). thought he was going to shoot me. and for the record, it wouldn't have hurt me if i wasn't susceptible to spine probs. and yeah he cracked my bumper. as far as excusing people who run into me... i've excused the last couple who have. (the last guy BACKED into me on an OFF ramp -retarded- and dented the front... i told him to go the fuck away... it didn't matter). but if the guy who recently ran into me caused me to slip yet another disc (takes a day or two to get the nerve pain.. which i do have now)... i'm not footin' the bill because he spilled his "juice"..(well apparently i am footin' the bill now) but you get the idea. so no... it wasn't like my head was dangling off my shoulders by a thread, but you can tell when shit isn't right. and it's just wrong anyway you look at it. i don't appreciate being threatened. at all. especially with my child in the car.

Hit and run is illegal for a reason, and even if there's no damage, taking off before things are resolved is a straight-up dick move.
