tanky, I think everybody is sick. I have the same symptoms.

I used to lose my voice almost every Sunday night/Monday morning when I was 16 from shouting over music to reply to friends talking to me when I was out over the week and weekend. I was just happy not to haveto reply to annoying people on Mondays at school with the excuse that I lost my voice or otherwise if I did want to say something I'd try a whisper to see if I had recovered enough to manage it
