Father Ted (well it is Irish but it aired on the BBC)
Absolutely Fabulous
Men Behaving Badly
The Young Ones

I like the grumpy angry ones - like that one with the crazy priest that's alwys drunk and scared of nuns...what's it called again?

I was just going to mention this show, along with how much my mother loves it and watches it on public television every afternoon. She watches
more British sitcoms than American, though I can hardly blame her.

I haven't seen it since I was a little boy, but there are fond memories. She reminds me of my great grandmother.
