from the few albums i've listened to, 'low' remains my fav

he has a lot of good albums.

the one with white noise in the title. cuz the title is cool.

Overall Low.

Aladdin Sane (Time, Cracked Actor, I'm totally in love with the dissonant piano throughout)

Scary Monsters (the album starts out in Japanese and the first song ends with Bowie screaming "SHUT UP" , of course I love it)

i have a friend who is a fan of bowie after the 70's, and says that his 70's period sucked.

Hunky Dory most definitely. And that opinion was formed even BEFORE watching The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. That being said, if you havent seen it The Life Aquatic has some very nice treatments of Bowie songs, most of them from Hunky Dory, sung in Portugese by Sau Jorge (sp?)

I recall there was a "recommend me some Bjork" thread some months ago , an now there's another one...No problem really.

Since [Sandbag] is new I thought they might like to read in the other threads about what people here think about Bowie, and yeah, in a way I was reminding about the search function.
