It was so much fun. I had a blast gambling all my money and getting free drinks. But it is still not my place to be. Maybe every once in a while.

Gambling? You can gamble in Vegas?

On my trip, I probably gambled $20. But spent a LOT more money on show tickets. Cirque du Soleil's KA and Mystere, Blue Man Group and a 'high end' strip show.

i hate that horribly artificial city. don't get me wrong, i have nothing against artificiality per se, but the way vegas is done... i hope i never have to go again. it's the antithesis of everything i love in cities.

I have been to vegas twice. neer ever again. boring boring boring. shows cost 5 times what they are worth, and they all suck ass, except for th magicians. love the magicians. the casinos are all the same bullshit. the "free" drinks are pointless for a non-drinker like me.

Yeah, the shows are expensive but I definately thought they were worth the price--think of all the actors and techs and such that need paying.

I liked the artificiality--for the first couple of days. I was REALLY ready to go home after a week.

Highly recommend the MGM Grand.

I'm back, I just dropped my test. It is fucking cold outside.

i'm sick so by default the room feels 30 degrees hotter than it really is.

i just feel like crap and tomorrow's going to be a hella busy day.

I stayed at the MGM grand, i went there to see a De la Hoya fight....it was fun. Too bad oscar is an idiot, and I should've realized he was never a good fighter. But yeah I wasn't able to gamble, was only 15.....heh. Actually 14 at the time. So...i just went tothe arcade and beat Time Crisis 3....awesome time.
