A friend in the '80s had turned some 4 1/2 foot long green glass bottle into a bong. He called it "the long green thing".

Another friend who was into pottery (yeah, inevitable pun there) made a bong that looked like a gigantic cock spewing cum out. He didn't exactly need a name for it, but "the smoking cock" would probably be close enough.
