Has anyone heard about this thing where supposedly the food companies are irradiating meat, and starting December 31, 2009, they're going to feed us the worst food possible and plan on killing 3 billion people?
Really, it sounds like more scaremongering to me, especially because, the most popular person spreading this around, looks fairly intimidating and serious. I looked a little into it, and this is the same woman who thought that the Avian bird flu was going to kill us all. So I'm not sure how much people should really trust her.

There could still be a bird flu pandemic. It hasn't changed into a form that can be easily transmitted between humans so it hasn't been a problem yet but if it does then we have to worry.

i buy all my produce from a farmers market direct from the farmers so... ummm doesn't really bother me at all. maybe more people should respect the ingredients they eat and we wouldn't have got ourselves in these situations to start with.
