Haven't they played just about every song off of Doolittle at every Pixies reunion show?

Still, nice to see some b-sides being played ("Weird at My School" and "Manta Ray" both kick ass). Still, I'd much rather they do Trompe Le Monde-played-in-its-entirety shows.

Yeah, it's about as pointless as when Slint were touring Spiderland a couple of years ago. If you've always played all of the songs anyway, it only adds to the element of predictability to play them in a set order.

Thought twice about it and I don't think they played No. 13 Baby when I saw them.

I probably wont go to any, even if they decide to put some Canadian dates on there.

i've seen them twice since 2004, and i think between the 2 shows, they played all the songs off doolittle except maybe one or two. im a huge fan and love concerts, but i dont know if i can justify spending the money right now.

i, like a couple people already mentioned, would love a "trompe le monde" tour. that i would pay to see.

Apparently they're thinking about doing the same for bossanova's 20th anniversary, and if that's a success, who knows, maybe we will actually get Trompe Le Monde.

Nice! I hope to catch at least one of those shows. As much as I love Doolittle, I hope they throw in a couple Surfer Rosa gems for the encore. I might be wrong, but I don't think they've played Break My Body since the '80s.

Karen O has to be one of my most hated celebrities or whatever. I absolutely hate her. I have a hard time even looking at her.

Yeah, really. Ugly, annoying, talentless, stupid, and a crappy dresser. Not sure what the appeal was (not is) to people. The only member of that band that's interesting is the guitarist's little simple shitty sounding one string riffs. The drummer sucks, too, but he's in the Seconds, who are pretty good.

If more of you assholes had bought Frank Black solo albums, we wouldn't be having this problem.

They're great. They're great live. I must've listened to about twenty shows from all over their career and none of them suck.

So every ten years, it would be great to regroup and play a marathon three hour show of ALL their material for the fuck of it. No reason. No excuse. Just cause they can, because they play well together and have good tunes. I've been a holdout from the naysayers for a while, but I'm starting to see their point. Enough already, Pixs.

Then again, as Spinoza asked: If you could tour the world and sell out every show, wouldn't you do it?
