basically i think most of those are some of the best band names ever.

i mean, bad band names? panic at the disco, my chemical romance, the strokes, the killers, the subways, arctic monkeys, keane; those are shitty names.

Green Milk From The Planet Orange is not only a fine band name, but one of the very best live bands I have seen in recent years.

I liked the name Panic! At The Disco because it reminded me of At the Drive-in. The band was of course total shite.

i meant they were some of the worst, shittiest names ever and that that website actually put mostly awesome band names and saying they were bad.

my bloody valentine is one of my favorite bands, but I hate their name, so many gothic/emo kids must have gotten a whole lot more depressed once they found out the band name my bloody valentine was already taken.

The stupidest band name I ever heard has to be Dogs Die in Hot Cars.

I think Architecure in helsinki is a good name, as I do with Black Rebel Motorecycle Club, if that was an insult before. I just can't tell these days.

How about Limp Bizkit, Enuff Znuff, Los Lonely Boys, or Jimmie's Chicken Shack? Band names don't come much worse than that.

Oh, and Jew Driver is a GREAT band name.

If that other stupid band weren't named Dinosaur ("Kiss Me Again"?) then the true dinosaur (jr.) would have kept their name as it was from back in the ol' days.

Yeah, for sure. Metal bands don't seem to have a clue when it coems to band names. Anal Cunt being one bad metal band name. Probably the worst band name of all time, I think.

some of the coolest band names are metal bands. there's also ten thousand metal bands (although it's mostly pseudo-metal bands) that have crappy names like cradle of filth or stratovarius or symphony x.

stoner bands have awesome names: kyuss, fu manchu, electric wizard, ufomammut, sunn o))), boris, melvins, the obsessed, saint vitus...the list goes on!
