3. How did they find cheat codes in video games? Like, back in the day, before the internet and all these elite hacking groups? One time I accidentally found a cheat code in the game BLOOD, granted, but yeah.. some of those old game passwords where you have to input a thousand combinations and shit.. for some obscure game... how exactly did people go about finding these? Were there just people sitting around all day messing looking for this stuff? Or was there a simpler way than that? Or would game developers just release the codes unto the public themselves?

...I expect no one here will actually have answers to these, but feel free to use this thread to ask your own ridiculous questions...

Wrestling is not precisely choreographed, except in some rare cases (some main events and such). I know this for a fact. They don't plan out moves or matches, just "spots" (big parts of matches) and usually they plan out the finishes. Wrestlers are on the road 300+ nights a year, fighting matches every night, they don't have time to choreograph every single match. I'm talking live broadcasts, where they simply HAVE TO finish a match at 3:34 so they can work in that commercial break or whatever. I have been thinking about it, and I think I know the answer. There are broadcasters at the table, "commentating" on the matches... I am almost certain those commentators give a signal.

As for cheats, it's interesting, because old game magazines would say such and such reader sent in a code. I figured it was just game developers, but they'd have Bill Fucktoad from Whoknowswhere, Missouri send it in, some code no one could have ever possibly figured out ever. But who knows, honestly... I have discovered some weird things on my own but I just can't comprehend some guy playing JIM POWER LOST IN THE 3D DIMENSION and being able to get to level 6, at all, since it's the hardest game I've ever played -- but somehow getting to level 6, within a month of the game's release, and sending in the 20-digit password for it to a game magazine. Seems a little unlikely, I don't think, TO THIS DAY, anyone's ever beaten that game, so yeah. Has to be developers.

I have another question: Why is video game music so good? Like, always?
