This guy's albums are always way, way too long, but he's talented.

probably because all his albums thus far are just compilations of old stuff he's done, and he's still got tons of stuff unreleased... this is his first proper studio album with a proper band. I don't think it's going to be too long.

Definitely going to check this out. I never really paid attention to this guy aside from that "wait, wait, I wait for Kate" novelty song he did mad long ago, but a co-worker put on "FF" and there's some really catchy shit on there.

Kind of had a similar experience with him. Heard stuff here and there a few years ago and thought it was aural brown. Don't mind this song though.

Yeah, this album is mindblowing, I love it, great songwriting. Like I said, I liked his other stuff but all the albums/compilations/whatever were so long that some of the best parts get obscured. This is concise, hooky, intelligent, inventive songwriting. Every part of every song is GREAT!

I know right? After only a couple of listens I'm already salivating at the idea of a follow-up. He has so much stuff that he can easily bang out a bunch more albums at a fairly quick rate.

Giving the album a shot, due to all the hype. I just wish the chorus to this song didn't sound like a weak Bee Gees tune.

round and round is like the 7th, 8th, or 9th best song on this album. ie- don't judge it by one track.
