No its a sonic forum. Its just linked on the lee site. Someone from the board maintains the lee site so they put it on for shentov.

Using emule searching for SCUMM you should be able to find DOTT and all the others lucas arts games easily.
i don't know of any particular site with a direct download...regarding the manual,i have no idea,but come on,with a little help of the internet you won't need it to get through the hardest points...
