Okay, well it didn't turn out so terrible as my earlier reply suggests. My friend changed his mind and we made it out the bars. Unfortunately, the really good places were all packed with queues so we ducked into a smaller joint that wasn't so bad. It only had Stella Artois and Pabst, the bars were all kind of hipsterific dens, but it was a good time.
