Wow, polka version of The Landlord is Next? Why is it every time I start to respect Faith No More I find out something lame like this?

Me, too. The coolest guy in my high school (keep in mind, this is back in 1969) used to wear a t-shirt to school with "Why Don't We Do It..." on the front and "...in the Road?" on the back printed on it. I think he got sent home for it. But he'd show up again with it back on. He was also the school's official student poet laureate. It was a strange time. |
The Beatles were strange in general.

Yeah. But what memories...
The thing I remember liking best about high school back then was you could defy authority and call it asserting your first ammendment free speech rights. Everybody was fighting school authorities about long hair, dress codes, wearing black arm bands. It was great. And kids were actually winning state supreme court cases over this stuff. It was a great time to say fuck you to authority. |
