i also used to like ledo pizza in maryland-- it's just a common pizza but it beats the regular cheap crap from pepsi-owned chains

Believe it or not Scandinavia has the best pizza of anywhere I have traveled. Especially Sweden.

my wife has been making her own pizza's now for a while and they are delicious. she makes the base from scratch and my fave is the one with pesto, mushrooms, tomato and spinach. i do like a garlic cheese pizza too.

my pizza gotta have chili flakes, jalapenos, tuna and/or anchovies. black olives is a must. artichoke, feta, bacon and ham, pepperoni is a good option but in no way essential. red onion, peppers and black peppercorns crushed!

btw, anyone ever tried baked beans on a pizza...sounds gross but trust me..it works..pizza must be a pretty masic margerita tho. also ive had fresh cream on a pizza too...again sonds gross but somehow it works!

i recently made a quiche with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes baked into the filling and cherry tomatoes... this, with a salad. great summer food.

My ideal pizza is

peperoni, onion, black olives, anchovies, extra cheese.

Hamburg, Anchovies and Olives. Thin crust usually preferable but no problems with a thick crust. Definitely Homemade, chain made pizzas are disgusting at least here in Worcester. I can really only think of one place that makes a decent pizza, a thin crust with sausage, peppers and mushrooms. Refuse to buy Domino, Papa Ginos, John's pizzas, Pizza Huts.

it's a britishism for that foo-foo green known here as "arugula". foo-foo or not, it's actually tasty. like a slightly lemony, peppery spinach, sort of.
