as in comic cartoons. my list would be calvin and hobbes, the farside, and zits. also early non-sequitor was really hilarious but it's gone down hill recently

I liked family circus when I was little.
Anybody remember the Dysfunctional Family Circus strips in an old issue of Sonic Death? Post 'em if you got 'em.

Its all about "The Peanuts" for me. Charles Schultz was/is awesome. And isn't it the longest running comic strip? The man died less then a year after he retired, talk about timing.

That would be great.

But yeah, Peanuts is my all time fave. Also, I like Garfield, Snuffy Smith, and the Born Loser.

Haha it's funny cause in 20th Century Eightball by Daniel Clowes, he makes fun of Family Circus in "I Hate You Deeply" I think too. Something like "daddy said I shoulda been a 'bortion" haha.

i can't believe you guys like peanuts. i like the cartoon versions because a) they are traumatically boring and b) at least in mexico, the cartoons were voiced by bored housewives who rather spent an afternoon dubbing cartoons instead of playing cards or drinking tea.

comic strips are kinda not my thing. i like garfield a little but the cartoon version is 10 times better.

i like some online comics, though

peanuts and garfield are fucking trash. best online ones are perry bible fellowship, penny arcade, and tooth paste for dinner

I can understand judging the Peanuts harshly if you've only read isolated cartoons in the paper. You have to read the collections. They're only funny if you read a lot of them in order.
