This is awesome.
I have a test press, and it sounds amazing. Both sides are completely killer!

They wanted to burn the cover art into the wood veneer on the covers, but they had to go with silkscreening in the end (burning made the wood curl up in an unusable way). Still looks great though!

is it closer to 6 organs or comets on fire?

Neither.
It is acoustic, but has electric on it and it is very abstract.

Awsome! I will definatley pick it up! I hope chirs corsano sounds crazier, because on school of the flower he was very tame sounding.

Yeah, I played the clips the other day after having them sit on my desktop for ages. I was scratching my head for ages wondering why the hell I had downloaded them as I had forgotten what they were supposed to be.

those earlier sound samples were pretty strange alright... some crooner stuff or so. this sounds a lot more like it!

btw, the new six organs of admittance album comes out in june. apart from ben chasny it will feature chris corsano (again) and also john moloney from sunburned hand of the man.

He just did an ultra hi if direct-to-lacquer recording at our studio, which I believe will be released on Nero's Neptune.
He said it was the "most honest" capturing of his sound he has heard.
Pretty excited.
