oh yeah! finally!

Tokolosh 09.18.2006 07:06 AM

Pennywise for president.

jon boy 09.18.2006 12:41 PM

the ending is a terrible letdown but some bits are genuinly unnerving.

h8kurdt 09.18.2006 01:01 PM

A big giant spider... ooh terrifying.

h8kurdt 09.18.2006 01:05 PM

These are the only King films you need to see. Everything else is either crap or just not worth watching.

Carrie
The Green Mile
The Shining
Shawshank Redemption
Misery
Stand By Me

I've not seen Apt Pupil which is meant to be good. Anyone here seen it?

Tokolosh 09.18.2006 02:01 PM

Do you guys remember this crap tv film. Actually, it had quite a good story for a Stephen King book.

I also enjoyed David Cronenberg The Dead Zone (1983) with Christopher Walken.

The Lung 09.18.2006 02:06 PM

IT scared the shit out of me when I was a kid but I watched it last year and thought it was utter crap. The ending is beyond bad.

Is that the one where they're on the plane?

*Sdir* Stpuid! Just read the little one liner.

screamingskull 09.18.2006 02:51 PM

i watched IT when i was about 9, it scared the crap outta me!!!!

LifeDistortion 09.18.2006 02:55 PM

Yeah the first part of the film is decent, when IT takes the form of PennyWise the Clown, but as the spider its rather corny. The book is much better. Although you get to see a young Seth Green in it, so there's something.

The book rules and I like the movie....granted I like just about anything vampire. It's pretty decent for a made for tv PG rated horror movie....def. has it's creepy moments.

LifeDistortion 09.20.2006 04:54 PM

Best film adapted from a King story ever. Stand By Me

krastian 09.20.2006 11:49 PM
