annie hardy is quite different from chan, saturnine, they share almost the same haircut and some wadrobe items/style on occasions but actually they are not THAT similar to each other. |
ha ha ha ha ha ha, they are nothing alike, as people. Annie sucks in comparison.
|

This is also her...(the audio is Chan Marshall singing a Cat Stevens cover 'How Can I Tell You.'):
A Diamond is Forever 2006 De Beers TV commercial "Xmas Morning" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPODOUc8TRI she's up & gone off the deep end for real... |
De Beer's soiled name is nowhere to be found in the ad, by the way, but it is their commerical.

Check out one of De Beers' past print ad campaigns; this one is a real **cough** gem:
De Beers Surefire Marriage Starter Kit ![]()
This ad appeals to the guys who casually work their articles of conspicuous consumption into everyday conversation. |
i saw her play it live, it was amazing...but my favorite at the moment is colors and the kids.

09/21/06 Cat Power Admits She 'Wanted To Die' ![]() She says, "I was looking at death. I wanted to die... I asked God, I said, 'I'm tired, I can't do this.' I was asking him to just take me." The quirky star admits she became exhausted and unhappy after relentless touring in 1998, which led to her crippling drink problem. But after receiving psychiatric treatment for her depression, she is finally sober and looking ahead. She recalls, "Even playing all my shows I was always intoxicated, always kind of not there, which led to the depression. It was more about the uncomfortableness with just being in my own skin, and that's why the alcohol was always with me." - Watch Cat Power music videos - Read our 4-star review of Cat Power's latest album "Greatest" |

21/9/06 12:55:07
Supermodel LINDA EVANGELISTA is under fire from activists after appearing in adverts for controversial diamond company De Beers. British film stars....Read On Linda got into trouble, although I haven't heard much stink yet about Chan's involvment with the reprehensible De Beers company. |
what's all the controversy about?

you see the cingular one too! wow Chans an advertising whore.
|
Before that it was TIAA Cref Financial Services...but I have no problem really with either that one or the Cingular one. However, doing a commerical for De Beers is like doing one for some energy (oil) corporation or some shit.
It's not excusable really. |
it's a shame, i love her music, but i don't like her very much.
