_Say Something Positive About Something_

It's less fun.

pbradley 06.23.2008 11:53 PM

Fuck... I hate... twat... ah, too hard, I hate this shit.

Cantankerous 06.23.2008 11:53 PM

I don't think there's much of a motif, but congratulations if you stick around. I left for like two years, and all the same people are still here. Hardly anyone new. It's apparently a tough crowd.

Twatishness.

Cantankerous 06.24.2008 12:05 AM

a motif
lol

go work on trading spaces or some shit

vulva 06.24.2008 12:06 AM

That will always happen on forums of this size. Mid-small forums will be more driven by an indviduals' personality than the overall theme of the forum. When it's one that's smaller, the most important thing to note is that you'll need to learn the key players' basic personality, a few apparent quirks and realize that they have no need for you to begin with. If you can either somehow prove to be interesting, of worth to the collective group or willfully be strongly inactive, you'll be able to blend in decently.

I really don't expect acceptance here, but I do love visiting here.

meh, grew up speaking more french than english. It still slips in to my language at times/makes me pretentious and/or fruity. It's bound to happen

!@#$%! 06.24.2008 12:07 AM

I'm fucking awesome!

And you all have redeeming qualities of some kind buried somewhere.

So smile! You're not totally hopeless.

No no. To fit in you need to harrass her for saying "lol" and then get super defensive when she turns the tables.

You seem like a sensible enough character for me to appreciate having around. At least I would appreciate it more than some of the more regular personalities.

I've already come to terms with her being the sarcastic british twat who emphasizes a desire to place self superiority and raising oneself to a higher plateau than to fill posts with any substance.

Now who's the coldly voiced twat?

acousticrock87 06.24.2008 12:13 AM

The key is to not take anything to heart. No one here...er...not many people here are actually bad at all. Hateful slander is how this board bonds. I sometimes take it too seriously, and then it stops being fun. It's all up to me, really, whether I like it here or not. Kind of like life.

vulva 06.24.2008 12:15 AM

Yeah, I gathered that based on the initial nature of the forum and the basic speech style that's prevalent, taking the piss is the most common form of communication. I can dig that

she's not british.

i'm too pissed off at my ipod to be positive but...

i like the mob, they somehow reminded me of d.r.i. who are fun; also, there's this interview where jack rabid or tim somner ask them about a show where vinnie stigma of agnostic front cracked his head open but he was now "chilling", made me laugh a bit.
