LA Bear sightings...
Hahaha.. I remember trashtalking with a Russian SYG poster about Bears in Moscow, he replied, "You're more likely to see a bear in LA than here." Fucking shit he knows his shit. We have A LOT of bears in the San Gabriel mountains, and from Malibu to Monrovia, where houses are in the foothills of these mountains bears come down the trails and look for food. Its quite common place, but yet it always manages to make the news both locally and internationally. Lately the extremely warm January has woken up the bears early from winter hibernation, fuckers are hungry yo trash digging more than LA meth-heads! Good times.

that mountain lion lives there, its his territory because nobody can go hiking around the sign, its become a sanctuary of sorts for wildlife, and this particular cougar decided to swoop on Teri Hatcher's turf yo

holy cow! I didn't know there were wild lions in the US. Here's some video footage too. I only know of raccoons and rattle snakes, but have never met them in person (part of my family lives in Santa Barbara)

Yup, that's our now famous Hollywood Sign lion, but we got hundreds of them in our local mountains here in LA alone. Nationwide probably thousands, shit, within a few years there may actually be more lions left in North America than in fucking Africa yo!! |
