Just a woman's opinion, but I have a friend who says Liv Tyler makes a better elf. I strongly disagree. She has a dignity and serenity of her own. Didn't know she was a Sonic Youth fan, that's really cool.

"I know what it is you saw, for it is also in my mind." is my favorite line from any movie. I rewind that part 5-6 times. Cate doesn't have good elf feet, though.

she is so hot and she's looking better as she gets older. she looked the best at the oscars, hands down. and she seems like a really cool person to boot.
