June 23 Neuhausen, Germany Southside Festival
June 24 Scheessel, Germany Hurricane Festival
June 29 Gdynia, Poland Open'er Festival
August 31 London, England Roundhouse performing Daydream Nation

i wish they wouldn't play festivals. i don't fancy making the trip to germany and having to sit through awful bands that aren't sonic youth.

i hate festivals, i didn't see them when they played at V2005 because i couldn't be bothered to pay that much and have to sit through that many bad support acts.

I smell festivals again,it's always "festivals period of the year "when they come to europe.. :( :( well, better festival gigs than NO gigs, but a longer set in a decent club would be really muuuuch better..

Wow, a normal gig in London as well as the Daydream Nation gig would make it literally the best summer ever

I forgot that around europe there are amazing venues, much better than italian clubs.. so maybe just we little spaghetti-eating-mafia-boys-with-moustaches will get ONLY festival gigs :( :(

I seem to remember the Polish boardies saying that Gdynia was right up in the North, on the coast even I think. So not really close to the czech republic unfortunately. Closer to Lithuania and Germany I'd say.

gdynia is close to gdansk (danzig), so indeed, the north of poland

Gdynia/Gdansk is a twin city, something like Dallas/Ft.Worth.

I know I'll travel there too see sonic youth for fucking SURE !!!!!!!
