I like the act of defecating. I can sit comfortably on the toilet and read a newspaper/magazine/comic book or study.

Quite right. I always feel that, unless you've got some kind of unfortunate medical problem, the two times your most relaxed is in bed and on the toilet - so what better time to read and learn? We have a dozen carefully selected books in our bathroom.

I shit with eerie regularity - every morning, right after I go for a run. I'm so unerringly regular, they're considering setting Big Ben by my bowel movements.

Im like a machine, every single morning, it kills me because my dad is the same way, and when I was a little kid I vowed not to be like that.......

I never touch the toilet seat while doing it, maybe with my hands but never with my ass - for fear of 'things' that could hurt my perineum.
