i havent had a drink in 7 days, and
 

i wake up feeling great, as opposed to waking up with a headache, throwing my shoes at the windows as i curse at the sun peeking through the blinds
now, im also on a "normal" sleeping schedule and i feel more productive and energetic during the day.
what was i thinking drinking (almost)everyday?
