It's because you fell asleep with your head on the desk. Just try sitting up straight.

I remember knowing how to do this once. It's pretty fun reversing all the screens on the school computers.

Alas, I have forgotten how to reverse it.

ctrl + alt + the up arrow

already did that yesterday. and its back to normal.
