I'm gonna have to go with Dylan though Lou Reed was a very close second. I only picked Dylan over him because Reed as influenced by Dylan a bit.

Granted, I prefer the music of Lou Reed, Iggy Pop, over that of Johnny Cash, Johnny Cash is the better song writer of the group.

I had a brain fart. That is why Gabriel and Black are up there instead of Young and Cohen. Those would make much more sense.
