I've heard she shaved it because Federline threatened to have her hair tested for controlled substances to gain full custody of the children and some inpatient at the rehab facility told her she could shave her head to destroy evidence.

Maybe she had gum stuck in it. Or maybe her head was feeling warm. Anyway, don't be so quick to judge. Think of all the money she's saving on shampoo. Also: wigs are more fun than real hair.
