My friend was held up last night at the video store he works at, must be a pretty scary thing. Anyone here had something like that done to them?

My sisters friends work in video stores and they've been robbed by a guy with a knife twice. Luckily we don't have guns here.

and then 10 mins later his boss rings to see if he is ok
thing is the alarm buzzer is broken and doesnt work, the boss just had a funny feeling and decided to ring.
