Albums produced by Steve Albini
Which ones are your favourite? It's pointless to make a poll because there are too many. Mine are:
The Jesus Lizard - Pure Pussy Galore - Dial M For Motherfucker Gastr Del Sol - Mirror Repair (Ok, it's not really an album but...) Palace Brothers - Viva Last Blues Oxbow - Let Me Be A Woman Nirvana - In Utero Electrelane - Axes The Auteurs - After Murder Park Uzeda - 4 Pixies - Surfer Rosa Bedhead - Transaction De Novo Low - Things We Lost In The Fire Let me think of some more and then i'll edit the post. |
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Yanqui U.X.O
that one really sticks out, otherthen what you already said |
The Pixies - Surfer Rosa, it's what i was named after.

Ha ha ha!
Albini also had a hand in recording Whitehouse's "Thank Your Lucky Stars" LP. Did he not record/produce a session for Tony Conrad as well? I can't remember what it was called (something to do with Pythagoras), but the CD was on Table Of the Elements. |
A spectrum of an infinite scale
