There's a shop, Gerrys, on Old Compton Street, that sells it. Cash only, but there's plenty of it plus so much more.

Since demonrail666 hasn't been in this VIP lounge for a while, I'm going to empty his ashtray, crack open a bottle of Shiraz that I've been hiding under my seat and light up a "Commadante Marcos" Havana cigar. I've just requested the DJ to play all 4 sides of "Metal Machine Music" at the same time. Ahh, bliss...
