previously on Days Of Our Sonic Lives...birthday boy sonicl spills the beans about ATP blackmailing SY into doing the Daydream Nation shows while pbradley thinks they will shock the Sonic Folkies by strapping on electric guitars with Thurston shouting "Play fuckin' loud!"...hirstute biped doesn't want to be bothered at the moment because he's in deep ESP communications with Thurston...king_buzzo and his school friends play with a condom...k-krack and Green Magnesium could cream their pants together during a Schizophrenia/(I Got A) Catholic Block medley...RdTv leads the board on a merry Lee sing-a-long that eventually dies out...the board watches The Sopranos hoping to hear "I Dreamed, I Dream" while somebody gets whacked...king_buzzo and atsonicpark supply "Brave Men Run" for a diarrhea medicine commercial that will blow Richard Edson's travel insurance commercial away...pbradley wants to give Tom Petty a country so he won't be included in any more "under-appreciated" lists...justashonglefan writes poetic spam that atsonicpark loves and so gives it a "bump bump bump bump bumpity bump bump" while something believes he's not really a poet at all but just a narcotics usin' robot...iain has a birthday...demonrail666 trusts the board more than wikipedia...syntheticalLy destroys his boyfriend by telling him that he's attracted to another man and then goes into the kitchen to whip up some eggs - and jico just can't believe that he's really gay...screaming skull tries her best to not sound like a slut for a man in a McDonald's uniform...floating slowly likes evil computers that kill humans...lungfish likes it when ex-SY drummers lose their jobs because the pizzeria they work at gets burned down...desperate to pay off his losing Kentucky Derby bet k-krack casually mentions to his bookie atari2600 that his girlfriend is "really into horses"...and cryptowonderdruginvogue imagines the United States with !@#$%! as it's President -- but we all know where that type of thinking will lead us - a 20th anniversary live celebration of an album a year too early...and so as sleek jeek is listening to Total Trash while Theresa's sound-world turns...so do the days of our sonic lives......

and in other news, that across the universe film.. i saw the trailer for it, i went "holy shit this looks AWFUL!!!!!!!" and my girlfriend went "what? it looks LOVELY!"

when the guy was address as "jude", i went "oh god they better not break into 'hey jude' in this trailer" and then IT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!! some shitty cover going "na na nanana HEY DUDE!!!!!!" god. i hate that fucking song. you can overdose me on beatles songs all day, but hey jude is probably the single worst fucking song i've ever heard. holy shit.
