How do you get those PayPal donation boxes?

You know those images that say "Donate to my PayPal?"
The reason why i'm asking is A) I'm new to PayPal (so sorry if this is a noob question) and B) I want to sell our bands cd through our myspace, and it would be easy if people could pay online first.
