Dilemma

Is it wrong to have a relationship with a girl who's insanely in love with you even though you don't even like her? Just to have some 'fun'

Savage Clone 06.14.2007 04:08 PM

If you don't even like her, it won't be very much "fun" at all.

Trasher02 06.14.2007 04:09 PM

True. She's pretty though.

sarramkrop 06.14.2007 04:17 PM

Not for as long as it's only a sexual relationship, or one where both parties are reluctant to any sentimentality that may arise from it. For as long as you both understand that, it's all hunky dory.

!@#$%! 06.14.2007 04:26 PM

nuts. if she's insanely in love with you and you just wanna fuck her, she's going to get deeply hurt when you dump her, and then what?

stay clear of that trouble.

also what porkie says "if both agree" is impossible under the conditions-- she may lie to get you in the sack, but eventually she will demand "love" in return; and then you'll be in trouble, brother, with a stalker, or worse.

oh yes:

very wrong.

Crumb's Crunchy Delights 06.14.2007 05:39 PM

Sad.

atsonicpark 06.14.2007 11:38 PM

hmm.

you don't like ANYTHING about her? it'd be nice to hang out, find some common ground, and even a pure physical relationship could develop and not be a big deal.. but fuck, if a girl loves you that much, you could probably find a girl who loves you just as much who you love as well. so yeah. either way.. have some fun if she's into it i guess.

On a rare romantic note, could you grow to love her? Have you given her an adequate chance to show off her proverbial goods? Give it a shot while providing the necessary disclaimers, and see what develops from there. I surprised myself by dating a guy I thought was completely incompatible with me, and it turned out to be quite the pleasant ride, so to speak.

just tell her your not interested, pretty simple

Everyneurotic 06.15.2007 12:06 AM

presently, it would blow up in your and her face.

truncy raises a good point, but i recommend you get to hang and know her like she says without having a 'formal' relationship, a little distance can do wonders.

the thing is that, even thought you will be saying "on this conditions: blah blah blah", all she's going to hear is "i love you but i don't know it yet" from you and, if that doesn't happen, then one or both of you are going to get hurt.

Or consider, how many girls will you meet in your lifetime that will be completely infatuated with you? Perhaps she recognizes some glowing quality in you that others don't see. At least prise that out of her so you have some ammo for future endeavors.

Regardless, you should be flattered.

I like to talk to her she's friendly etc. but there's no spark, which is a shame cause she's perfect but somehow I don't feel a thing for her.

Another problem is that she's going to fast. I only know her for like two weeks and she's already asking for a relationship. I don't even know her properly!

I'm just going to tell her that I'm not interested which is too bad cause girls who like me don't come around very often. That's what has made this choice extra hard for me.

That's called dating someone because you feel like that they are mentally inferior to yourself, and therefore they end up boosting your own ego.

If one party's in it for love and the other's not, it's going to be one hell of a lot of hassle a little further down the road. Don't do it.

I don't think 2 weeks is going too fast.
Anyway, it doesn't matter, cause if there's no spark, two weeks or two months wouldn't change anything...
