Hurry! Bid now on rare White Album!

white album

What should happen after this sells to some schmuck is that some German bootlegger mass produces an exact bootleg copy, complete with the No. 000006 stamped on the cover, and everything, and it retails at your local record shop for $25 bucks. As with what happened to the VU acetate.

I want to bid on the age of the buyer. Auction is open now on this very forum. I'll start the bidding with a 1 penny and you do the rest.

!@#$%! 06.19.2007 03:19 PM

i bid 1/2 penny

gmku 06.19.2007 03:19 PM

I've placed a reserve on my age at $100,000. If anyone meets that or betters it, I'm yours for life. What's left of my life.

sarramkrop 06.19.2007 03:20 PM

4 pennies. He's 500 years old....... I'm winning!!!

!@#$%! 06.19.2007 03:20 PM

1/4 penny, that's my final offer

gmku 06.19.2007 03:20 PM

Bastard.

finding nobody 06.19.2007 03:20 PM

18,000$ is a little steep.. Even if it is one of my favorite albums ever

gmku 06.19.2007 03:21 PM

You can find used copies in most record stores for as low as 15 bucks.

sarramkrop 06.19.2007 03:22 PM

I'll give you £ 1. That's all the spare change that I have. The fiver is for the journey to work.

gmku 06.19.2007 03:22 PM

I say we all go bid on this thing and jack up the price realy high. Who goes first?

sarramkrop 06.19.2007 03:23 PM

You seem to be the only one who's keen to start a thread about it.

gmku 06.19.2007 03:27 PM

I'm the only one with the initiative, you mean. I'm sure others were keen to, as you quaintly put it in your English way. But I had the vision and the guts.

Nevertheless, I dare not leap first... You go.

Yeah, I've got one that my Dad and I share. It's a reprint with no numbers

gmku 06.19.2007 03:41 PM

Hang on to it! In a few years, you'll pay for your education with it.

gmku 06.19.2007 03:46 PM

Ha! Great idea! Make it No. 000001.

finding nobody 06.19.2007 03:49 PM

No way man. No. 0000000000
I've still got the pictures too! They're on my wall

sarramkrop 06.19.2007 03:49 PM

I'll bid for your coffin, gmku. This is a public toilet, not your own front room.
