Sicko- Who's Watching it?

Well?

StevOK 06.28.2007 12:07 AM

I'll watch it when and if it comes to theaters here.

SynthethicalY 06.28.2007 12:10 AM

Well you are from Texas, will it ever get there?

StevOK 06.28.2007 12:24 AM

I have no idea. Fahrenheit 9-11 was delayed for a few weeks, until some people started protesting, but we got it eventually. Bowling For Columbine never made it here.

SynthethicalY 06.28.2007 12:26 AM

Bowling for Colombine was good. I like his first one, Roger and Me. That was a good one.

davenotdead 06.28.2007 12:27 AM

I think moore is an idiot

Alex's Trip 06.28.2007 12:44 AM

I didn't see Fahrenheit 9/11. I didn't want to see it because it just seemed like a bunch of Bush bashing and I was tired of all that shit. It's everywhere.

Sicko looks more interesting.

atsonicpark 06.28.2007 09:24 AM

eh. i didn't even bother downloading this. moore is a good comedian but he usually talks about things that don't really interest me.

LifeDistortion 06.28.2007 11:11 AM

I'll see it on DVD. Generally I like Moore's films. I'm not saying all the criticism he gets is unjustified, but if nothing else it makes me question authority, and being able to question authority is what prevents us from being a Communist country.

holy shit. really? insane. texas is cracked.

SynthethicalY 06.30.2007 12:08 PM

I saw this yesterday, and I got to say I am planning on moving to London, or Canada. Maybe France.

pbradley 06.30.2007 12:17 PM

I'll probably rent it one day.

vulva 06.30.2007 12:20 PM

I won't. Moore's really lost it, besides his methods of movie making tend to exclude anything that contradicts his message, as opposed to him backing up his stance in light of those challenges.

For example, while filming Roger & Me he actually did get to speak with Roger Smith during that process, but excluded it since it made Roger look more evil.

LittlePuppetBoy 06.30.2007 12:56 PM

I'll see it.

Danny Himself 06.30.2007 12:59 PM

The clips looked pretty good when Moore was on The Daily Show.

christopherBLAST 06.30.2007 05:50 PM

i'm going tonight and i'm bringin my folks!

Alex's Trip 07.01.2007 11:02 AM

I saw it last night. I thought it was very good. There were some parts I didn't like, like when he was on the boat outside Guantanamo Bay. That was just cheesey and cheap.

And I'm sure he down played everything the French and British and other people who have nice heath care have to do for their health care.

On the whole, I thought it was really good.

davenotdead 07.01.2007 11:12 AM

well its comforting that people still buy what this guy's selling i guess....there's no way i couldnt make money if i was in hollywood...its just so easy....let's see, produce any kind of shit that makes Bush look like an ass (such a difficult thing to do in its own right), and throw in some witty jokes and bam. it sells. and it sells to the whole world....and the people who make this sit on their ass and laugh...probably while enjoying a stogie with Ahnold...
