i have discussed this with someone else before from this board, but the buzzcocks is exactly like a show we have here called "spicks and specks"

Amstell is class. Couldn't watch Buzzcocks with Lamaar, now I ALMOST can. They just need to ditch Bailey and Jupitus as well.

I don't have much of an opinion of him. He can be a bit twattish but he seems to be at least a bit self aware.

I don't mind Lamaar but he was a bit insufferable on Buzzcocks. Incidentally, I have 'celeb spotted' both of them at one point or another. Lamaar on Granby st in Leicester and Amstell on Oxford st in London.

I have a lot of time for Lamaar, but he was rubbish on Buzzcocks.

He was alright in the first few series but by the end he was bitter and twisted and hated his own show.

He's on the right side of studenty humour, or a funnier Simon Pegg. I can totally see him being on one of those amateurish comedy shows that Channel 4 used to put on late at night, and were generally shite and predictable. In saying that, I don't mind him or watch him enough to contest his innocence. He won't last for long, I'm sure.

I like the Jew-fro'd Amstell man. He makes me laugh. I like how he made that cunt from that band that are cunts look like a cunt on that TV programme from which the above youtube clip was from.

Ok, he's a bit on the side of, "Haha, I'm very clever and witty" but he's got a modicum of self-deprecation to him.
