Not wanting to go out is the only thing stopping me going out.

same here, plus I'm saving money for a couple things, and going out often results in a spritz parade that makes my wallet weep.

It's raining. So therefore I would like to be inside.

Also, 'going out' generally means going to a bar or club, getting wasted and being mugged or raped on the way home. Not my idea of fun. And even if it was, I don't have anybody I want to experience it all with so fuck it.
