I'm listening to Frigid Stars, terrific album.

I've been listening to this a lot recently, as well. Awesome stuff, my favourite song is Cigarette Machine.

Their other one is cool, as well.

I only own their split with the cocktails, not bad!

yeah i love frigid stars. got into this band a few months ago after watching dead ringers.,, not that they're in the film, i just listened to them after watching it. for whatever reason, their music seems to go with that film.
seemed to create a nice and somber mood.

as for the drug codeine, it RULES!

Isn't codeine in painkillers?

I found barely real in a pawn shop for a dollar and it's pretty good. Haven't heard anything else by them though.

the wipers, another great band!

i always say this, but when i first heard the hot snakes, i loved them, and i still love them, but every song made me go, "damn, did greg sage write that riff?" and then i got on their wikipedia about a year ago and it said they were influenced by the wipers, so there you go.

yeah, wipers are great

Codeine has been one of my faves since I first got the frigid Strs EP around 12 years ago.

I love all their shit. frigid stars hits me hard.
the white birch has beautiful packaging.
