Most bands from Liverpool sound exactly the same.

Also, in Liverpool, 'La' is slang that is shortened down from 'Lad'. Mhm.

The Teardrop Explodes or Space.

I was kidding about Space but not about The Teardrop Explodes. You might also want to check out Shack. Not a fan myself, but if you like that sort of thing you might like them.
