Contribution to music award # 5000: Kraftwerk's The Man Machine
![]() Still a great album, and one that makes you wonder why you don't have more musicians who really want to push things to another level like they did. A totally obvious choice, but then it's such an obviously great record that it doesn't matter. My dislike of The Beatles comes partially from the fact that I think Kraftwerk innovated music way more than them, but are not as discussed so relentlessly day in- day out. |

yes that statement is true a lot of people do tend to avoid a whole genre of music because they heard somehting in that style that they didnt like once. it seems like such a shame to dislike all when you have only scratched the surface. just sayin. |

Hmm... yeah.. I'll go ahead and say that I love me some few Kraftwerk songs...

I like most phases of Kraftwerk with the exception of some parts of Tour De France Soundtracks (a lot of that just sounds like nondescript club music to me) and a couple parts of Electric Cafe. Other than that, I love pretty much everything; the early art-weirdness, the austerity of Autobahn and Radio Activity, the sometimes outright hilarious awesomeness of Computer World and Man Machine, all of it.
